Terms & Conditions:

Gallery Item Order Confirmation:

When I receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this point, I will let you know approximately how long it will take me to make your piece. Ring orders can take up to three weeks, as each ring is made to order. But, most will take about a week. If you need me to expedite your order, please let me know and I’ll do what I can. Extra charges may apply on expedited orders.

Cancellations & Refunds on Gallery Pieces:

All orders on Gallery items are fully refundable, minus shipping and handling. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card, or PayPal account that you used when placing your order.

Custom Orders:

Fill out the Custom Order Information Form. I will then contact you by email and we’ll come up with a plan. Once you’ve decided on exactly what you want, I’ll give you an estimate. Before I purchase materials or start working on your jewelry, I require a deposit for approximately half of the estimated amount. Once work has started or materials have been purchased this deposit is not refundable.

Throughout the design and execution of your custom piece, I will send you pictures of my progress. From drawings, to wax work,  and beyond… You’ll be with me every step of the way!

Because custom items are not returnable, I am open to suggestions and changes during this process.

I ship using the US Postal Service. Domestic US orders have a flat shipping and handling rate of $8.  An additional international rates apply when applicable . Additional shipping rates also apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and any island that is technically US when allpicable.

All items are insured and tracking will be offered. A signature will be required at your end.

*I will not be responsible for duty on international purchases.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please contact us here and have photos ready when replied to and I will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
